Faldo Golf Course Development & Project Management

Project & Construction Management

As a leading golf course design practice, Faldo Design’s success depends on golf courses being delivered and managed to the highest standards. Over the course of several years, and in response to this requirement, we have assembled our own golf course resort project and construction management team, now a division of our sister company, Faldo Golf Resort Management (FGRM).

FGRM

FGRM offers experienced management solutions for every stage in the development of a golf project, from initial feasibility studies through golf course construction management and full operational management. In combination, Faldo Design and FGRM are in an ideal position to guide clients through the unique and varied challenges of all types of golf course projects. These shared responsibilities and efficiencies allow us to assure our clients that we have the expertise and experience to create and establish world-class golf facilities.

Golf Resort Master Planning

Faldo golf courses are often central to a clients’ development and as such it is vitally important that they are skillfully integrated into a resort’s master plan. Our years of experience with a wide variety of development projects allows us to offer a full Golf Resort Master Planning service that, by working closely with clients, achieves a unique solution tailored to each individual location.

3D / CGI Visualization

Marketing of a new golf course and its associated development before construction is complete is often a key strategy for raising the profile of a project. Faldo Design is able to develop digital 3D models to our clients using detailed design plans, featuring anything from entire developments to individual golf holes. This provides clients with a powerful visual tool when presenting their project to potential investors – months, if not years, before a development opens.
